Multispectral Imaging

GOING BEYOND WHAT THE EYE CAN SEE

Revolutionising plant health monitoring by capturing
data outside the visual light spectrum

Our specialised drone can give us a clear image of plant health helping with early disease detection

Combining different vegetation indices we are able to map crop yield, plant vigor, plant stress and many other things to give us a clear map of our crop, plant or pasture condition

HOW IT WORKS

Our drone is equipped with Green, Red, Red Edge, and Near Infrared sensors which capture the reflectance of their corresponding wavelength of light.
Plants typically have a high reflectance or Near Infrared (NIR) which can't be seen by the human eye, but is accurately picked up by the drone

These sensors support the NDVI, GNDVI, and NDRE vegetation indexes to provide growers with vital information.

NDVI: Makes it possible to detect plants under stress, differentiate between crops, and determine at which stage they are in their growing cycle.

NDRE: Provides insights on chlorophyll content in leaves.

GNDVI: Useful for estimating photosynthetic activity, as well as water and nitrogen content in the plant canopy.

Prescription Application

Using this Multispectral Imagery we are able to utilise state of the art software to create pinpoint accurate prescription maps

These can be tailored to the individual crop for accurate cost saving chemical or fertiliser variable rate application

AI

Using AI software we are able to identify, single out and map individual problem plants or weeds in a crop
